First of all we need to know you about the program. You need to share all things the details with
us. what type of program it is. how may people are attend in this program etc. Then we will
implement the program according to your plan.
Well, It depends on the season and the holiday occation. Our convenion center usually has no
schedule during the holidays. So we always recommend to confirm the booking at least 15 days before.
In generally we take personal id card photocopy during booking schedule and you have to pay 25%
payment as security money. Nothing more is not needed than these.
If for any reason you have to cancel the program you must notify us immediately and of course before
7 days.
Well, customer satisfaction is important to us. We provide maximum service our valuable customer. If
for any reason the program is
canceled, we refund 50% payment of the security money.
